Each space is nallow, so please use it by mutual agreement.
Please do by the washing machine (and by the right method of use).
Please never make washing in the shower room, because it's become to an unpleasant smell, a mold and a loud, and the recovery is hard for the smell or a mold.
Tatami is made of dried rushes and is delicate and susceptible to moisture and water, so don't drag a heavy thing, or put any wetly thing on Tatami.
Don’t invite anyone to this house or the studio without permission of us.
Excessive temperature of air conditioning causes blackout, so please use by normal.
Please don't move any things without our approval. ( as for a table wear, it's ok for no approval)
And please don't open other room closet, also don't take out.
We appreciate your cooperation in energy saving.
It's necessary for an additional fee (actual using cost ) as an heating and an air-conditioner cost in each your room (a studio too).
We have thought that it's more fair for the borne by the users than a raise in the room fee, because an air-conditioner and a heating electric costs has been very defferent in each user who is necessary or not it.
Because there is an artist who is also unnecessary an air-conditioner and a heating almost.
In Japan, it will be felt change of the temperature very much.
You never need to bear, but let open a windows or off your clothes when you feel hot, and let wear your clothes or layering when you feel cold.
It's real Japanese life, so don't desire a hotel life here.
Please note that don't leave an air-conditioner, heater, lighting on, water running.
It's necessary separating for a disporse a trash.
Please buy the gabage bag designated by Kyoto city with your shopping and separat your trash and keep them in your room.
And We kindly ask for your cooperation to reduce the amount for your trash.
We can't disposal if became to many or heavy garbage.
It's necessary to 2 types and 3 bags for a week in minimally.
In separating a trash, there are 5 kinds.
These are plastics, papers, recycled ( plastic bottles, cans, glass bottles), organic (foods) and others trash for burn.
Please pay the cost on cash in your check-in.
In first time for joining us case,
May you show your passport, ID card and your HP or SNS which your works can be seen.
It confirm the reservation after pay in bank transfer the deposit (10% or more).
